At Hoeflon we are aware of the importance of good service. Because our service technicians are available 24/6, the downtime of machines is limited to a minimum. We want to unburden you as much as possible, which is why we use a monitoring programme. 

 

Because we value the feedback of our customers, we have short lines of communication with them and include their feedback in the development of our machines. 

 

   

HOEFlink® Portal

HOEFlink® Portal is Hoeflons' eigen softwaresysteem, waarmee u in één oogopslag een overzicht krijgt van de urenstand, locatie, eventuele storingsmeldingen en de onderhoudsstaat van uw machines. U heeft op ieder moment toegang tot de machine om zeer nauwkeurig en up-to-date informatie te verkrijgen over de staat van uw machinevloot.


HOEFlink® Portal

HOEFlink® Portal is Hoeflons' own software system, which gives you an overview of the hours, location, any malfunction reports and maintenance status of your machines at a glance. You have access at any time to very accurate and up-to-date information about the state of your machine fleet.

 

 

 

 

Hoeflon Advice & Training

Hoeflon also offers training so you can be sure that users can work in a safe and efficient manner. In addition, we provide the annual mandatory inspections, we check the machines for defects and we advise your mechanics. A Hoeflon maintenance contract will increase your operational reliability.
